My parents bought this car in 1987 after moving from Buenos Aires to Chicago. It lived with us at Oak Brook Hills Hotel for four months and then moved to Mockingbird Lane. It drove back and forth to the junior high and highschool - probably twice a day (thanks mom). It visited Chicago Diner every Sunday. It listened to countless conversations about college, choir concerts, Mr. Mueller's bad hair, Mrs. Lewis' constant references to s*x in everything we read in her English class, and how my dear dear yearbook was faring. Oh, and it took me to the mall to meet my peeps. My dad sold this piece of history last week. So long my dear Oldvo. We love you.
